The road to Eversports
To help you prepare, we’d like to give you a clear overview of our application process. Before we welcome you to the team, there are five steps to complete. Please note that the process may vary slightly depending on the role and department.

Submit your application
Once you’ve submitted your application, our recruiters will carefully review it to see how your skills, experience, and motivation align with the role.

Interview 1: Recruiter
If your CV sparks our interest, we’ll invite you to a short first call. We’re excited to learn more about your background, your goals, and what drives you. To prepare, we recommend familiarizing yourself with our company culture and values in advance.

Interview 2: Hiring Manager
You made a great impression in the first interview — what’s next? You’ll meet your potential manager. In this step, you’ll dive deeper into the role, the team, and your responsibilities. To prepare, think about any questions you may have about the position and about Eversports — we’re looking forward to the exchange.

Interview 3: Technical interview
After meeting your future manager, we’ll take a deeper dive into your expertise and skills. Depending on the role, you may receive a small task in advance to prepare. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about your potential growth and development at Eversports.

Interview 4: Meet the team
You’ve made it — amazing! In our final interview, the “Value Fit,” you’ll have the opportunity to meet your future team. This gives you a real sense of how we collaborate and what our company culture feels like in everyday life. We want this to be a two-way experience: just as we get to know you, you’ll have the chance to discover whether we’re the right cultural and personal fit for you.

Congratulations — you impressed us throughout every stage of the process! As a final step, you’ll receive your official offer, and then we’re ready to get started. Together, we’ll agree on your start date and prepare everything for a smooth and exciting onboarding experience.
