A cozy living room where you can sit together, forget all the stress, recharge your batteries and just feel at home. It is exactly this mood that Giulia from RE:TREAT has brought into her yoga studio. As soon as you enter the studio, you feel that there is a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere here, which invites you to linger.
The studio
A few years ago, Giulia opened her (living room) doors to welcome those seeking peace with a concept of yoga, meditation, massage and vegan food. The RE:TREAT studio is designed to satisfy both, customers looking for peace as well as those who would like to burn off energy. From the 200m² old studio you can look down directly on the hustle and bustle of the Mariahilferstraße (main shopping street) and retire for a small daily break. Giulia’s past work in the national and international art scene is reflected in the stylish decor that runs throughout the studio. The centerpiece is the beautiful living room, which offers the customer the opportunity to eat a delicious vegan dish or to read a book in peace.

The challenge
Offering a new concept is always very exciting. But how will the consumer react to it and how to attract them inside your studio? Giulia aksed herself if she could build up a strong network of customers, if her meditation classes were brought into a different context and how she could best organize her extensive offer?
The solution
For Giulia, it was clear that to focus only on meditation was a niche in the yoga industry. Therefore, she first had to try out over a longer period how her concept appeals to the customer. A good team and teamwork are indispensable for them to manage the different aspects of RE:TREAT. For the customer loyalty and care, as well as the compliant cash register, she decided from the beginning to work with the Eversports Manager.
